There wasn’t a smudge on a desk, vanity, tub, etc. To our great surprise, the phone rang a little while later…Brittiney calling to say that she had cards for us! She certainly goes above and beyond, and is a great ambassador for the Clarion Inn Biltmore! In a more general review of the motel, my first remarks have to be about how sparkling clean our room was. She explained that they were out of stock, but if we were to buy a pack of cards she would reimburse us! (Who does that?!) We thanked her but declined the generous offer. After a demanding day sightseeing, we were interested in cards or games and called Brittiney to see if the hotel had anything available. We actually did interact with her the next two days, and she was never anything but cheerful, enthusiastic and courteous to us and everyone else who passed through the lobby. She made sure I knew about the breakfast and WiFi, and insisted I call with any questions or if she could help make our stay more pleasant.
